Welcome to the Heart Wisdom Awakening Center. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, participation in our events (both in-person and online), and engagement with our community. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms below.

1. Purpose and Philosophy

Heart Wisdom Awakening Center is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and sacred space for spiritual growth, healing, and soul-aligned living. Our offerings—including workshops, classes, retreats, and virtual gatherings—are intended to help individuals integrate life experiences, awaken to their inner wisdom, and live from the heart.

 
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs, unless otherwise stated. By registering for any event or using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Our events are designed for personal growth and spiritual exploration and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Participation is voluntary and should not be used as a replacement for professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing mental health challenges, trauma-related symptoms, or medical concerns, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional before attending our events.

 
4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, all participants agree to:

  • Refrain from discriminatory, aggressive, or disruptive behavior.

  • Respect confidentiality and the personal experiences shared by others.

  • Honor boundaries—physical, emotional, and energetic.

Heart Wisdom Awakening Center reserves the right to deny participation or remove anyone whose behavior is harmful or out of alignment with the spirit of our work.

 
5. Event Registration and Payment

  • Registration for events is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • Payment policies (including cancellations and refunds) will be stated clearly on each event’s registration page.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

 
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you are late and the door is locked, your ticket is forfeit. To honor the time container for everyone, we cannot accommodate late arrivals.

  • If in advance you know that you can no longer make the event, you may sell or gift your ticket to another, but with the agreement that Gerit & Nicole be notified (otherwise we will not be able to let people in without a valid ticket in our system).

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided on the website, during events, and on social media including recordings, meditations, teachings, and written content, are the intellectual property of Nicole, Gerit, and Heart Wisdom Awakening Center and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without express permission.

 
8. Online Participation and Recordings

Some online events may be recorded for educational or promotional purposes. We will notify participants in advance. By participating, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or contributions unless you opt out in writing.

 
9. Privacy
