This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, ticket transfers, and refunds for events hosted by Heart Wisdom Awakening Center. By registering for any event, you agree to the terms below.

 

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

 

Late Arrival Policy

To honor the time container for everyone, our events begin promptly. If you arrive late and the door is closed and locked, you will not be permitted to enter. In such cases, your ticket is considered forfeit, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure timely entry.

 

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. You may choose to gift or resell your ticket at your discretion. However:

• It is your sole responsibility to arrange the transfer.

• You must notify Gerit and Nicole in advance of the event with the name and contact information of the new attendee so we can update our guest list.

• We do not manage or facilitate ticket transfers or resales.

Failure to notify us of a transfer may result in the new guest being denied entry.

 

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule an event:

• You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information you provided during registration.

• You will be offered either a full refund or a ticket to the rescheduled event.

We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred in relation to the event, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
